Team lead¶

For everyone who does not only report their own time but is responsible for a team: you report for your people, approve their times and decide on vacation. What you additionally see in Rillsoft Connect depends on your permissions in Rillsoft Integration Server (Permissions and what they hide).

What you additionally see¶

In addition to the on-site view, you see:

In the header, the circle with tick (approval filter).
On the cards, a turquoise hours field when times are waiting for your approval.
In time recording, a name bar if you are allowed to report for several people.
In vacation requests, the requests of your people.

What is set up in Rillsoft Integration Server¶

Some of what you experience in the app is not decided in the app:

Who may report and approve whose times is controlled by permissions and the organization chart (Organization chart, Roles and permissions).
Whether reports as planned are confirmed without your involvement is set by the tenant (Automatic approval).
What the app deliberately cannot do is described under What the app cannot do.
