Icons, colors and status¶
This page answers the question: what does this sign, this color, this status mean?
The two signal colors¶
Rillsoft Connect uses two colors with a fixed meaning. Red is reserved for errors.

Orange |
Something still has to be reported here: backlog on the task card, “Over plan”, a filter switched on in the top bar, swiping to the right. |
Turquoise |
Something has to be approved here: hours field with a tick on the task card, swiping to the left, a tappable tick in the time recording. |
Red |
An error, for example a vacation request the server has rejected (“Failed”). |
Status of a reported time¶
In the time recording, an icon is shown to the right of each shift and each day. Next to the day, it shows the lowest state of all shifts of that day.

Not yet reported. Tapping it reports the shift or the day. |
Clock |
Reported, waiting on the device for the transfer — for example because there is no network at the moment. |

Arrived at the server, waiting for approval. If you are allowed to approve time, you see this tick in turquoise and can tap it. |
✓✓ (two ticks) |
Confirmed. The shift is locked and can no longer be changed in the app; From, To and Duration are grayed out. |

The server did not accept the request. Its reason is shown below. You can swipe the entry away. |
