Working on site

For everyone who works on site and reports their own time: site supervision, trades, engineering. This page shows what you see in Rillsoft Connect and which guides you need day to day.

What you see in the app

  • The task list with the tasks you are scheduled on. All numbers on the cards refer to you.

  • In the header: the clock (backlog), the magnifying glass, the sync counter, the palm tree (vacation) and the menu.

  • The blue document column on the cards, if you are allowed to see photos and documents.

What you do not see — and why: the Approval filter, the name bar for several people and the Plan board are only available to people with the corresponding permissions. This is not an error (Permissions and what they hide).

Three things worth knowing

  • Reporting always works, even without network. The report waits on the device and is sent as soon as there is a network again. The sync counter shows how much is still waiting.

  • Two ticks ✓✓ mean: done. The time is confirmed and locked. A single tick means: received, approval is still pending.

  • Orange means: it is your turn. An orange field on a card shows hours that still need to be reported.
